WHAT INSPIRES ME!
I was born with a speech delay and was behind on necessities growing up, but my mind was full of ideas and dreams. Cooking helped me thrive and become more beyond my limits. Cooking is only a small part, though. My family, my friends, my partner, and the communities I am a part of are also what inspire me. Life can be dull without the people you love and inspire to be. Who or what will inspire you if you can’t step out there in the world? Cooking was one of those steps into the world, and I will never regret it.
PROJECT(DESCRIPTION)
Klickin is a family-friendly app built for families, who have adopted children domestically and/or internationally, to strengthen the bond and love through cooking and baking! Children can engage and learn to love food. This app gives options for customizing the family’s recipe page with whatever foods they want to learn from 100+ cultures, create their own recipes and share them, and create community pages with other families who participate.
